Refurbishment of the Spring-Fed Outdoor Pool at The New Bath Hotel & Spa, Matlock Bath - Seven Years On!

Technical Paint Services' Refurbished spring-fed outdoor pool at The New Bath Hotel & Spa, painted with chlorinated rubber pool paint.We are pleased to share that the iconic, spring-fed outdoor pool at The New Bath Hotel & Spa in Matlock Bath has recently undergone a full refurbishment - some seven years after our specialist coatings were last applied.

As part of this latest project, our tried-and-tested A148 Chlorinated Rubber Swimming Pool Paint has once again been specified and used to restore the pool to its original brilliance. Known for its durability and resistance to chemicals and water ingress, this coating has proven its long-term performance in this unique open-air environment.

Situated at the base of the historic spa town of Matlock Bath, the lido-style pool is one of the few remaining naturally spring-fed outdoor pools in the UK. It continues to attract visitors from across the country and plays a key role in the hotel’s offering.
